We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, learn how to return or exchange items quickly and easily below.

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Log in to your account and navigate to “Order History.”

  • Select the order you wish to return and click “Request Return.”

  • Follow the instructions to print your prepaid shipping label.

  • Drop your package off at the nearest post office or shipping center.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Supplements: Any nutritional products (Protein, Pre-workout, Vitamins) that have been opened or have a broken safety seal.

  • Intimate Apparel: Underwear, socks, and compression shorts cannot be returned once the package is opened.

  • Worn Gear: Apparel that has been washed, worn during a workout, or shows signs of sweat, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

  • Digital Products: Downloadable workout plans or diet guides.

Restocking Fee: Large gym equipment (over 20kg) returned due to “change of mind” may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling. Original Packaging: Equipment must be disassembled and returned in the original box with all foam padding to prevent damage during transit. Warranty: If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact support immediately for a free replacement part or exchange.
